This is the day at Bridewell that they announces 10 lucky people, gets to put in their belongings in a time capsule in the forest underground. A time capsule is a container that you put in something very special to you, and you buried it and 10 years later or so, in the future they will dig up the time capsule and look at the belongs thats seem old now.

So the lucky winners are Alexa Daley, her dad Ganesh Daley, Yipes the elf, Nicolas, Athilia the house cook, Pervies Kotcher, Murphy the squirrel, Darius the wolf, Ander the bear, and Jordan Mahanke.

1.Alexa Daley: The book she found, Adventures at the Border of th Tenth City, by an unknown name she never heard. She read this book almost allot of times, so maybe in the future, this could be the only surviving copy of this book.

2.Ganesh Daley: Some of his old pictures of him and his family. This should represent that the Daley family was here.

3.Grayson: Garden seeds of Strawberries. It can show theirs still strawberries left in the world that everyone can share and how to plant them yourself.

4.Yipes the elf: A map he drew how to get to the forest and the whole world of Elyon. So one day, if the next chosen on in the future will be next, they will get to see the animals and all that stuff only.

5.Nicolas: One of his Jocasta's. To show the world that their are such thing as Jocasta's. 

6.Athilia the house cook: Her cookbook she has ever since she starts working. It doesn't seem much, but it can help others in the future learn how to cook.

7.Pervies Kotcher?": His armor hat. It may leave that he was once a not-a-good-person side, and for now he will show theirs more to him then what people thought of him.

8.Murphy the squirrel: An acorns and a piece of paper of his stories. It shows his life as a good friend of Alexa and a very brave squirrel he is.

9.Darius the wolf: His paw print of him and his family. 

10.Jordan Mahanke: My trophy when I was a cheerleader back in 1999, a journal of about my life here in Bridewell and Arizona, and a copy photo of my family picture. All of them represent how I was here as well.

Jordan had waited outside for the bus to come. I sat on the boulder while the cool breeze hit the side of my cheek. So I dig through my book bag and I found my book, “The dark hills divide,” by Patrick Carman. I opened it, removed the bookmark, and then suddenly, and the pages started to light up. A bright light so bright it got stronger until a figure had came out of the book.

I looked side to side to make sure that no one saw that, because I could get in huge trouble if someone see’s that. After the bright light from the book had stop, someone from the book stood up and she looked at me and said hi to me. I looked back and forward to the book cover, and the girl in front of me.

“No way,” I said to myself. “You can’t be…” the girl interrupted me and said, “Hi, I’m Alexa Daley.” I stepped back a little, “Stay back man! That’s impossible. You can’t be her, your just a character and-” “Character?” Alexa said, with a questioning look on her face. “What are you talking about? And…Where am I?” I stepped forward and I answered Alexa’s answer, “You’re in Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. My friend, I’m Jordan.”  She used the number one sign on her hand that says, ‘give me a minute.’

Jordan turned around and thought to herself, Oh my gosh! How is it even possible? Although it is pretty cool…but no. No. I took a deep breath and thought it through. I turned around, grbbed my bag, and discuss this with Alexa. "Okay listen,  let’s get it through. Its best that no one knows who you really are." "Why not?" Alexa asked curiose. "Well...because ifanyone knows that you came out of the book, then people might think its weird. Okay?" Alexa frooze a little to think about it, and few mintues later, she nodded. "Okay great," I smiled and saw the bus coming toward them. Okay here the thing, if anyone asks, say your...my cousin from Utah, an extange student from... Bridewell high." Jordan was inturrpted by Alexa, "I never heard of Utah and I never heard of a high school named after my hometown before." Thats the point, we don't want people to know who you are, its a thing a call, a scheme. "So I guess you have to follow me for a while, until we get home." Alexa nodded again. "So where we going?" Jordan turned and answered quickly while they're getting in and finding an empty seat for me and Alexa. We booth took a seat up in the third front row and we chated for a while and answered her question, "School. well, its high school, where we go and learn things. Don't they have one in bridewell?" Alexa wasn't really sure about it so sh shrugged her shoulders. "Not that I know many of them."

So for the past five hours in school, it was a little odd having a friend that came out of the book, almost every teacher and every student asked the same question, 'Whose your friend?' or 'how long your staying here?' that kinda stuff. It isn't all that bad really, its actually kinda fun. Of course I do have to protect her from any harm who ever messes with her, and we ate lunch together and talk about how we do in the real world like technology, clothes, hangng out in the mall and all that teen stuff. And if theirs any possible chance Alexa can go back to the book. And finally, the bell strike 2:30 pm, school's out, and we can go to my house and we can discuss this more often.

As we walked in the house, I saw mom, and she said hi to both of us and told Alexa, "Hey, can you wait for me in my room for little bit, i'll be their. Just make yourself  at home." Alexa went to the hallway as soon as the the bedroom door closes, I quickly went to the couch and whispered to mom, cause I can count on her on anything. "Hey mom, uh...theirs something i need to tell you. And its gonna sound a little weird for me." So I told her about the mornng the Alexa came out of the book and I have to take her to school and cover for ad that she's my cousin from Utah and also a way to find her back home. Mom paused for a moment and said. "Wow...            

Jordan Mahanke had finally got her raise of allowances, and she invited some of her friends to go out for dinner. She invited Alexa Daley, Nicolas, Grayson, Yipes, Darius the wolf. Apparently, only Alexa and i can understand what Darius is saying. I rode my carriage up to one of the newest and the Grand opening to ”Sushi Palace,”and its been transported to Bridewell, and all the way from China. the Sushi palace had made a reservation for all six of us, cause my job is right next door.

 As we enter inside, everywhere I turn, lots of beautiful China sculptures of cats and women in their traditional robes and white powder makeup, little China tea cups, dolls, dragon toys, original water color paintings of the China palaces,Flower paintings of the lily's, the umbrella's made of paper, the silverware were beautifully handmade by white and blue paint and some flowers on it. The also included a dragon shaped water fountain, and some peaceful tradition Japanese music,someday (its great to here it when your meditating).

Anywho, as we got to our table, we look through the menu and all of the food sounds delicious, and itheir price is half off so everything is like dollar for each food, including the drinks and some appitizers half off, too.

12/29/08, morning-night

My family and I are packing up our stuff and getting ready to go on the road to go to San Fernando, California, my hometown when I was a baby. We drove for hours and hours and we started getting bored. The only thing we see on the roads is hundreds of mountains in many different shapes and sizes, the only thing we can do is watch a movie with a mini DVD player and we watched some movies.

Four hours later nighttime, we finally made it to California. Our first stop is at my Nana and Lala’s house (my mom’s parents).It was very welcoming; Lala and Nana were very happy and pleased to see us, their dogs barked a lot, and we were so happy to see them again. Ever since we moved to South Carolina and North Carolina for 4 ½ years, we never seen them in a quite while. I was happy to see them again. We were exhausted from the long drive, so we slept in our guest rooms and fasten asleep

12/30/08, morning-afternoon

The morning came, the sun shines beautiful, the roosters from next door crows loud enough, and Nana making breakfast smells wonderful. So I got up, got dressed, brushed my hair and teeth, and came in the living room and Jade, Lala, and Sonny (my brother) was there in the living room. A pleasant to see them, we ate some pancakes, eggs, and bacon and some orange juice. After breakfast, Mom and Dad told us to get ready cause we're going to the the thrift shop. In California, they have one of the biggest outdoor thrift shops.

12/31/08, morning,afternoon, and night

We woke early to take a shower, brush my teeth, do my hair, getting dress, and eat breakfast, because my family and I are going to Magic mountain, also known as Six Flags. We had the best time at Six Flags; I took lots of pictures at everything, went on some rides (my favorite ride is the “Gold Rush”),bought their famous caramel apple, and ate at a restaurant where my cousins worked at (I forgot the name of it, but its log cabin and moose theme).

Its two hours left until midnight, and Six Flags is throwing a Happy New Year party. Their were lots of lights, music, dancing, and the characters from DIC and Loony Toons are dancing. It was fun but we have to go home because its getting cold outside and we must say happy New Year to Nana and Lala.

1/2/09, morning-afternoon

After visiting our grandparents, we have to pack our bags and get ready to go. Not only its our last day of visiting them, its the last day of Christmas break and we have to go home and go back to go. I honestly don't wanna go home, because I missed California and i loved my family their so much, but I know I'll go back there one day. We said Goodbyes to Nana and Lala, our cousins, aunts, and uncles, and their dogs. We went on the rode, and it feels like the end of the story, how a girl gets to go back to her home, and the adventures our over. But theirs always another story to tell.
